The day Band-Maid played this on-line show was supposed to be their big show at Budokan, their dream. Covid took that from them. So, they play this song, for the first time, a song they wrote to cheer up the fans. How's that for class?

"About Us", in the vein of other great mid-tempo Band-Maid songs like Daydreaming, Anemone, Endless Story, PAGE, Wonderland, Awkward, Start Over, Mirage, At the Drop of a Hat and Smile, is an amazing song and personal message to their fans - a direction I'm glad to see them add to their journey toward world domination. And we get to hear MISA play the vibe she so enjoys. Their beautiful DVD/BD/CD set with 100 page picture book of this incredible concert is unbelievable! Thanks Grandparents Ricky and Wanda, for bringing "About Us" to your viewers!

It's another song dedicated to fans but is more about the sadness of the effects of covid on both fans and themselves but has a reasusring message to fans. I would say Unleash!!!!! celebrates the release from covid.

Excuse me from Japan. This song "About Us" was canceled one after another due to the "COVID-19" pandemic, so BAND-MAID held "Online LIVE (okyuji)" for fans, and they made this song and showed off with the message, "We can't see you now, but everyone wait for us".

I heard of Band Maid before, but actually never checked them out... I like a similar band though, Wagakki Band, so this may be some music I enjoy. Thanks for sharing!

This song is definitely a Misa( bass) song. Misa finds her groove and stays there. The bass line in this song is fantastic.

'You need to do 'Unleash'. It's about ending COVID, with the power of music, and it's in anime form! We'd love to see a full length BAND-MAID anime, but until then this will do, and it ROCKS!

Great job as always. I don't know if you've reacted to these following songs by them yet. Endless Story, Daydreaming, Bubble, Smile. I go for the more melodic old school sounding music from them. But I appreciate basically everything they do. And Gramps I got the same shirt. Keep up the good work and stay well always. P.S. Glad you reacted to this beautiful song,Well they have a lot of beautiful ones.Miku the rithm guitar composed the lyrics.I´d love to suggest you a special one because i love them all.I became soon a bandmmaidiac.and i sadly couldn´t watch them live,but i still hope yeah they are 5 so talented and marvellous women who are saving rock and our souls.I recomend you DON´T YOU TELL ME,DOMINATION,DICE and TUrN ME ON for a start.Salut from Lisbon,Portugal

Brother were you getting emotional during that or was it just how good the song was? Lol. I noticed how much you enjoy seeing Misa play the bass. I got emotional the first time I heard this myself personally.

It was not about the end of the plandemic because this was recorded at the height of it, Feb 4th 2021, less than a year into it. We were all still locked down by the Potato Administration in the US and the globalists overseas. It was about Band-Maid feeling bad they could not perform LIVE in front of all their fans and how much they missed offering their "Servings" to their Masters and Princesses. "Servings" is what Band-Maid calls their live performances and Masters and Princesses are their fans. They are a very loving group of very special ladies that absolutely adore their fans. This was a LIVE Pay Per View show in the middle of an absolutely terrible time in history that we shall all NEVER forget. ....especially in 2024 upcoming. I paid and watched it LIVE, up at 3:30am on the east coast......but worth my lost sleep and every penny spent on it.
