A recap of the set list, and chatter about the new opening music, A Miku and MISA battle and as we ALL expected, Mincho unveiled her brand new PRS Private Stock guitar. #bandmaid #jrock #MNN #anime
I think the new intro was for Shambles. DeepL translated Twitter comment: "If I had to raise one song in the serving, it would be Shambles! It starts with the drums, then the bass comes in and Kobato's guitar comes in. The intro by these three was cool. Finally, Mincho came out and started the song. The three of them came up with this intro."
They closed the Eggman show they streamed with "Influencer" but it was more of an encore that they kind of slipped in there as a surprise. Awesome to see "Protect You" slip into a live show before it's even released. I know everyone waited a lot longer to hear "Shambles" live last year.
Welcome to the Band-Maid Gone Wild Hall Tour. Can't wait to see what the ladies do in Osaka and Kanagawa. Buckle up kids, cause it's gonna get crazy. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thanks SJ! Well MISA, Miku and Akane had a good intro for DICE LIVE 2020 that was awesome so I'm sure the new intro for whatever song it is will be just as good. I still say "Endless Story" should ALWAYS be their closer. Can't wait to see Kanami's new PRS.
Well, at least now you have $ for a trip to 🇯🇵, Po! Thanks for the update. Btw, what I'm seeing on X is there was a 3-some (Akane, Misa, Miku) intro on Shambles? while Kanami was getting drunk off of Misa's stage drink, Po! 🦍🍌
Thanks for the update SJ. I also can't wait to see Kanami's new guitar. Looks like the setlist is 100% Band Maid written songs. So much for the first few albums! Rock on 🤘
Hi SJ and MNN. From the Band-Maid Prime videos I would suggest that the Yokohama intro battle for Hate between MISA and Kanami was not improvised. The videos of them practicing the battle was shot with the maids wearing their old costumes. Nevertheless the YA live performance was great and flawless. I would really like to see what MISA and Miku did on Unleash!!!!!, and if they did improvise and jam the intro, how cool is that 🙂 I'm working on a travel plan for Tokyo in late November, I hope I can catch the tour final of 2024.
So no one seems to be talking about Protect You that much, Ryan Mear didn't talk anything about it either, it's it because of some copyright issue or was it bad?
