Definitely do the "From Now On" official music video/studio version. All of the fancams I've seen of that live have crap sound and you'll miss a lot of the instrument layers and subtleties in the composition. And you really need to hear the drums well, too. The first time you hear a piece of music should never be from a subpar recording, despite what some enthusiastic fans think. It doesn't respect the effort the band has put in.
Great suggestions, "From Now On" and "Moratorium", but there are so many from these amazing ladies! Two milestone songs are "Thrill", the song that literally saved the band, and "Alone", the first song written, composed and arranged by the Maids allowed onto a album by their label of the time, then the rockets were lit and history was made! Other instrumentals include "Onset", "Without Holding Back", "Don't Be Long", "Dawn Winery Theme" and a instrumental version of their song "Giovanni"!
