I remember when I was a pharmacy tech this younger black dude came in to pick his meds up. Not gonna lie, The brotha was muscle bound and cut. I literally heard my pharmacist coworker utter "he's so hot" under her breath as she was staring at him like a 3 course meal. This is a white woman making 6 figs and everything. That interview was definitely insightful. Because he even said why are women so "dishonest" and thinking just because you got money don't mean you gone get the woman. He even mention that the women that was cheated on him the men had better looking bodies.
He should have bought a trainer, dietitian and a home gym. Him getting liposuction is only a temporary solution to a long term problem. He's gonna run into the same thing again until he develops some self discipline

Amazing to me that so many men don't understand the Body Game. I don't know if the "dad bod" craze got them twisted or what, but I noticed a huge difference in the attention I get from women when I went from dad bod to visible abs. Perhaps the best testimonial my male clients give me (I'm an online fitness coach) that they are the most proud of is something like, "I can't believe she said...or she just approached me and wants to go out!" Yep...it happens, and I think us dudes just aren't accustomed to women acting that way. But when women are over 40, these ladies know an in-shape man is hard to find!
Just reading the comments over there a lot of things went over people's heads. While I don't agree with him getting plastic surgery his logic is sound. He should have just hired a dietitian and got an Olympic weight set. It's cheaper and easier to get a better body. I workout 6 days per week and I already see and feel a difference with my body. I know another 2 or 3 months I should be where I want to be.

Within the comments of the video the women also further added on to your point as to how they like different body types, as well as the fact that as long as your body is something that they like, however they made it very clear in the comments that the dick game trumps all (still part of body game but the women in the comments made it very clear that as long as that dick is good, you can be a little chubby lol, they were even making remarks saying “umm whose gonna tell him that, it wasn’t necessarily his body but that dick wasn’t good” lol”… good video, I hope the men realize though the purpose to the actual workout to develop the sexual energy as well as the body because without the energy developing no confidence is going to develop in which I feel is the case in kevo’s situation. Far as gaining weight you need to eat 3000-5000 calories. The only compound I do is dips , pulls ups , and push ups. I use to overhead press barbell. If you’re a beginner stick to machines ,To get the form right. I take more after my mom short small frame. Heaviest I’ve been is 155lbs. To look bigger focus on back , chest , and shoulders.
