Body game definitely works. That’s the damn truth. You don’t have to be body builder style. Build a lean athletic physique. Focus on the peripheral muscles. Focus on getting to single digit body fat. I promise you the body game will work! I love the videos rom. Been here since day 1 💯💯💯.

@@PulseAlwaysEdits Respectfully, Steph is right... I was consistently between 12.5% and 11.8% in my College Football days. You can definitely see results in that range based upon your body composition. However, the results you want start in the single digits... If I knew then what I know now I'd have taken my lifting seriously and developed my physique all the way. I didn't know how to cut and strip my body fat down because the information was all Bro Science around that time. I was also naturally strong and didn't know how to train for hypertrophy versus raw strength. I didn't understand the importance of eating starches, and the myths about protein. I didn't know how powerful plain coffee or tea was [I drink a mixture of both with lemon juice in it... Practically zero calories, and doesn't break a fast].

Body game works. Think about it when you are fit and you are dating a woman she enjoys it. When you get in a relationship/married all of sudden now that same woman will try to shame you for working out too much. She knows as long as you are fit you will always be attracting other women and have leverage in the relationship.

body game = invest 1-2 years into your physique with ample time in the gym and learning how to eat right. Most people build most of their muscle in the first two years of doing things RIGHT. Then it is staying consistent for a long time after that to get 90-95% to your genetic potential naturally.

Body game testimony: Uncle rom , last year I hired an online trainer to help me (Mike O'Hearn if you know who he is) so I can be a pro wrestler and my chest and shoulder and back are getting better. So much so my sister best friend's mum told my sister and she would not shut up about my body. That also when that dyme at my old job start to really see more then a friend. She like " damn that chest has so much muscle". I thought to myself I not that big. So man of all races get to the gym.

I’m not the biggest but I am lean with the v shape torso. Took me eight years of consistent lifting and dieting to get there. Females at the gym definitely act differently around me now than when my body was not at its peak. Constantly positioning themselves to be near me, long stares, hair playing, acting nervous and fidgety when I’m walking past or making eye contact.. I don’t think too much of it but when it becomes a recurring theme it’s hard not to notice. Rom is absolutely right. Body game works.

Yo that happened to me today at the gym but didn't noticed it. I've always have some what of esteem issues growing up but I've always kept myself in somewhat shape. I'm more defined now cause I'm more consistent and these females normally wouldn't give me the time of day. Body game definitely works!! And to make it clear for my fellow short kings, it works for US TOO! NO excuses! I’m 5’5, muscular build, average face, and I get choosing signals and reactions from some girls. BUT THATS NOT THE POINT! The point of Body Game is to develop and build a body YOU are confident about! I’m up at 6am 4 days a week before work at the gym doing calisthenics and I also meal prep for the week and drink natural made smoothies and The results are evident. Get it IN!💪🏾

I can attest to this to this and the body game WORKS! back in highschool I was the nerdy scrawny guy but I was always considered cute. Women would say "oh he's cute but ehh" Im now 23 and embodied the body game now I'm considered sexy, fine, fuckable etc. women would plot on me noooo lie. A girl I'm dealing with her "friends" were plotting on to how to get to me. It's like night and day. Also when it comes to sex..... when I tell you they want to do some vile things to you, believe me it gets graphic. But it's only something you can experience once you get your body right.

Body game has always worked. That’s why women like all the movies, where men with nice bodies are in. Look at the guy in 300, and Brad Pitt in Troy, and Fifty Shades of Grey. I get a good amount of looks when I’m walking at the beach shirtless. A few weeks ago, I was running up stairs at the convention center shirtless, and a group of 5 women or so, were looking, and they were dressed up in business attire, all sitting at a table.

If you want to see women aggressively show attraction to you/approach you, or if you want to see women act like beautiful ass creeps, get your body game right fr. I have a woman, and I still see women not acknowledge my lady in passing, but as soon passes her, out my peripheral I can see her eyes shift directly in my direction and hold it there until we pass. Rom speaks the truth. I have been working on my body for the last 4 years and I can attest that body game works. I work in a profession that is predominantly female and they be touching my arm when talking to them, looking me up and down when I'm wearing a well fitted t-shirt, giggling like crazy, making intense eye contact etc. So much so, a co-worker began massaging my shoulders and rubbing my arm and being up in my face when I was fixing her computer and she's in an LTR. Trust what Rom says folks and do the work.

Reminds me of when I was running downtown in my city during the summer in 2020. I went shirtless and I ran through a part of the hood. I was still uncomfortable in my body and had gained a good amount of muscle at this point- noticed stares and I was wondering if my form was off or if I looked dumb running or something- kept going anyways. After building up a good sweat, I ran past this middle aged black woman who was on the phone and she yelled out ‘Damn young boy you sexy as hell!’

Rom I haven’t even started the video, but I know it’s gonna be 🔥 per usual. However here is my thing. How can anyone in their right mind go against body game? Let’s not even acknowledge the scientific facts that women prefer men with the v-shape physique, low body fat percentage, etc. For the guys who go against body game (probably because you don’t want to put in the work) are you telling me that if you had the ability to snap your fingers and instantly have your dream body, you wouldn’t? I just can’t understand how dudes think that body game doesn’t matter or work. They’ll argue all of the reasons as to why it doesn’t matter, without acknowledging the scientific facts that it does. That hype scenario..me n my 3 brothers literally were raised by a OG pops n uncles who taught us same things you promote on your channel. And every night we all go out to club environments n there’s a lot of women out that night, usually we get a lot of play n be the center of attention with a lot of the girls that are just rotating to hangout with us all night n we be tryna shake em just to go meet more women but they follow lol. And usually at end of the night we are the guys they tryna have an after party with bc their group of girlfriends usually matches our party of 4 but we all coming with that body..n the icing on top is we all get called “fine” and all 6’ except one who is 6’5. Most guys do get jealous n wanna fight us for other reason but the real reason is cause we pull all the women. We just laugh it off tho cause they ain’t tryna improve like how we did to attract🤷🏽‍♂️

After this, I'm working out... It'll be cardio and some kettlebell training. I hit arms and full range leg flutters as accessory work for joint health and burn pump to deal with tendonitis and inflammation. Also, wide horse stance training has been great for my hip/groin complex after sitting all day.

Body game works once you start seeing yourself in a better light. A woman doesn't have anything to go off of if you don't have a base or frame you can stand on. When you like how you look, it's automatically projected onto everyone else. Women like sexy men just like we like svelte big booty large labia women. One of the most endearing compliments I got from a woman is that I seem like I can be an @sshole. I wasn't taken back by it at all. I actually saw it to mean that I am self-assured and know what I want and won't hesitate to tell it like it is. A younger me would've tried to ask for advice or try to behave nicely so I didn't offend anyone.

I’m not big I float between 140 lbs and 155 im 5’5 pounds. The goal is 180 by July im 140 now. My back and shoulders are wide and big. It makes me look bigger than what I am. I have women staring all the time. Women come in the gym with other men. STARING at me hard even outside the gym. It’s ridiculous if I’m jump roping lol. I was so shock the first time I jump rope. I had women staring at the mirror. A group of women was more direct. They didn’t exercise they just watched me. One sat on the floor stared right at my crotch. I was thinking wtf when are you gonna exercise. I saw one dude ig very in shape. Arms very define you can see the horse shoe on his arm. I read the comments a woman ask him to put her in the headlock lmao

Always continuously enjoy your content ROM my question is did we get conditioned by social media before there was social media? meaning lot of people go back and love to compare to The Cosby Show and saw that family dynamic...for sum people that was their blue print...i grew up in the era of stay in a child's place don't ask no questions.. but did that really harm us more than help us? And FYI...i was with couple young ladies recently and i showed them few of your videos...these women are very comfortable with me and i knew they would be honest bout things.. and all of them said and i quote..." Everything he said was facts"..thats why i support cause you give accurate information and if you apply yourself you see results

I'm your old follower and investing in my fitness has changed my life a lot. I can't say if it's for better or worse though. I'm getting too much attention lately and it's a bit annoying.

But all kidding aside, I respect the sovereignty of every man, his women, all his property, anything that has to do with him, I mean I will do the most when I know someone, or something belongs to another man, wether I know him personally or not, that's irrelevant, yes we know accidents happen, but, any dude who done said that to me on purpose, most certainly that room he will not leave in one piece.
