This post explores the fictional training of the Batman villain Bane and what we can learn from it! Bane is a character who matches Bruce Wayne in terms of strategy, physicality, and iron will. He demonstrated this by forging his peak mind and body while in prison from childhood, becoming more than a match for Batman.
Bane training is a relevant subject seeing as we're all currently in a form of confinement! We can learn from his example and find ways to harden our bodies and minds, even without external tools. There are also many real-world examples we can draw from when considering what real Bane training may look like: such as Charles Bronson, Mike Tyson, and Alexander Zass. This video discusses those topics and more. Enjoy!

The imaginary chess thing is interesting. Back in high-school, when I was a wrestler, sometimes if I couldn't sleep, I'd have imaginary wrestling matches in my head. Eventually I got to the point where I could get so focused on it, I could almost see the match like it was some kind of lucid hypnogogia that had structure to it.

As a chess nerd I thought it was interesting how you brought up blind folded chess. I remember seeing an interview of the the current best chess player in the world, Magnus Carlson. He said sometimes he'd forget the position in his head so he had to restart the game and play all the moves that were played in his head. Which is ridiculous to think about because he's blind folded and going against multiple opponents.

They give my strenght to improve and get better and better... Videos like this get my adrenalin high and burning, as my spirit hard and stoic. Thank you.

Herschel Walker Style Training will work if you put the effort in, but also the mental strength and will required to survive in prison and push yourself further than you thought possible will change your physique and it’s as simple as that, the mind will force the body to adapt to the New pressures put on it. Do as many press ups as you can and then rest 30 seconds and do as many as you and then rest another 30 seconds and continue in that manner and only rest 1 minute between different variations and hand placements and you’ll build more strength than most normal people will think possible, all it takes is a lockdown and a living room with a few chairs.

*There is a reason why* as long as you do your even the most basic calisthenics exercises like push ups, pull ups, atg squats with full range of motion, explosively and till failure..... You will have optimal muscle growth/training stimulus. And I will try and explain that reason as simply as I can using real life sports science findings that are undisputable. The more times you can explosively rep a weight before failure the *lighter that weight is for you and thus the stronger you are and as a natty, the stronger you are the bigger you are.* Now we humans have a limit to our relative strength, a limit which varies depending upon individuals but it's there. So when you lift a percentage of your bodyweight with calisthenics exercises(even if that only allows you to lift no more than 50-60 percent of bodyweight in case of a properly executed push up), the more reps you can do before failure, the more muscle tissue you will have. Because you won't be able to press 10 times your bodyweight, whatever angle you press at. And this is because human beings have a set limit of contractile protein percentage per weight of muscle tissue. So in order for your muscle to get stronger after a certain point, your muscles *will actually have to increase in size and weight.* This is how muscles are built. So you won't be able to do 10 minutes of non stop push ups (which is 600 reps btw) without adding a SHIT TON of muscle tissue to your pecs, triceps and front delts. This is how and why prisoners build muscle without weights, guys in pen who have 20+ inch guns, they can do 10+ minutes of non stop push ups, I have seen this with my own eyes btw. And basic push ups and pull ups and squats aren't the only thing you can do. You can do one arm push ups, one arm one leg push ups, one arm pull ups, one leg squats and all the intermediate variations that will get you there (you can find those variations in great detail in either convict Conditioning 1 or naked warrior by Pavel tsatsouline). You can do one arm push ups between two tables with a travel bag full of sand from your non pressing arm, same can be done with one arm pull ups and one legged squats. I mean large 60-100litre travel bags are cheap and sand is free, so no need to buy expensive weight plates. They are a waste of money, just make 5kilo and 10kilo sand pouches by stuffing sand into polythene trash bags and ducttaping them up and those are your weight plates that you can stuff into the travel bag or take out. Hell, do weighted push ups between two tables with a travel bag full of sand hanging from your dip belt (or just rig a personal dip belt with seat belt strap), do weighted pull ups like that. As you can see there is really no limitation on the amount of weight you can use when you use sand. So get after it ffs.

Can you make a video on subliminals & if there is any evidence they can be used for anything? Also about Binaural beats like “beta,alpha,theta,delta “ waves if they can be used to enhance or get us in meditation faster.

How do you avoid lumbar zone injuries doing all those excercices of back rotation and flexion of the lower spine?
@NeutroniummAlchemist
@NeutroniummAlchemist 4 года назад
Probably strong abs. They help a lot with spinal health.
@goldenwombat2159

A whole lot of stretching the hip flexors- 90% of back pain is usually tight hip flexors and or weak abs.
@BrenoviskxD

a strong core is enough, as you can see he can do planches with one hand, that is an enourmous amount of strenght in his core, and being flexible helps too. As a bulging disc patient, i can tell that planches, lateral planches, pelvic lifts, stiffs and its harder variations is enough to give you a six pack and mantain a strong core, healing the injury and preventing to get worse

Gyms are closed again in Ireland until perhaps the end of November- all depending on how the recent high case numbers fare out. Im lucky to have weights at home to crack on with things. I really enjoyed home workouts during the Spring, but now that the weather is turninh shite, the mood and morale is lowered. This video is fecking brilliant. A great provider of advice, and motavation. Thank You for all your content. Regards from Ireland.
