@@goodvibespattaya2423 it’s the same thing over and over bottom turn reverse air or whatever you call it lol I lived in San Clemente in the 80s and used to surf every day. Surfing has nature and hot chicks skateboarding has never ending possibilities ❤️💯🤙🏽
Do you miss Del Mare, Jason? It`s a legit question, I think. Moving around like you (and many of us) have done, might give you a favorite place to look back on. The view is certainly stunning there, and that pool must give a special feeling. Btw, I could never be a window cleaner at that height, I would freeze and my heart would stop in an instant.. 😨😨
I do Sarlina and I will probably end up back there at some stage and definitely my favourite place, the pool late afternoons is just superb. Yeah no way I could do that job cleaning windows so high up 😩

Another great vid on bang saray here with the best located condos too right on beach front with great views. Far nicer & more civilized than Pattaya Jomtien but The prices are bit steep considering the compact sizes of the condos. As always in Thai everything up for negotiation!!😊😊
The prices are fairly consistent all year round at Del Mare although high season demand makes it more difficult to negotiate the price, I paid less than this and negotiated a lower price by offering 6 months upfront 👍

A serious question , I'm trying to make a move from the big city in America in a year. when i say I'm a budget, i mean I'm on a budget. just so tired of the crazy city. Ya I remember when they were building that place . A lot of those units are owned bye Military officers . a lot of the old local s don't like that place just cause the they built it with no Community dialogue ' But I like it now ,ya u can't beat the views there and the Gym and Pool are top Notch, your excellent videos on the place a cast a positive light on it. 15000 to 20000 baht + its a great deal . @@goodvibespattaya2423

I just don’t understand paying 115k to get $600 a month in rent plus expenses. I don’t see how that’s a viable investment. I can only conclude it’s foreign money that they want out of there country and don’t really care about the roi.
Pa I d 4 k aud for a villa in le beach ,thai managed unfort...pics nothing like agoda in reality. Lots of losers renting then re letting unfort. But you can't stay here without transport
