Looks absolutely Delicious! (or in this case.. TASTY!) Also, for what it's worth, I love the "raw video" edits like in the beginning where you film the "One, two, three and action". not sure if there's a specific term for it in the Videography world.. but I love it! Keep it up!
As I live by the coast ( & this looked great) I went out, bought the fish & made it for lunch. Banging is absolutely right!!! The thermometer is a huge help as I don’t have a deep fat fryer. Definitely one to have in the bank.
