Genuinely I love RU-vid food channels, and you’ve been around here 4 months or so? (Relatively short amount of time) and I genuinely think you’re the best there is. Simple food but done with incredible attention to detail, in a really laid back way. Love it.
Honestly, this is such an exceptional video - every single step of the pasta making, the sauce and the combining of the two is absolutely perfect. I’d say this is my second favourite pasta recipe video of all time (behind Luciano Monosilio’s Carbonara) Bravissimo!
@@ThomasStraker You’re welcome! Just great attention to detail at every stage, taking relatively inexpensive ingredients and producing a lovely dish - just what Italian food is all about
Love the videos, not my place but a word of advice from a repeat viewer, your intro is neither short nor long so it’s two skips on iPhone which cuts into the introduction of what food your making and it’s ends up being all very tedious having to slightly rewind! Again not my place and I know I sound like a loser! Keep up the good vids
Thomas, your videos are amazing! Love love love your attention to detail and the cinematography is absolutely beautiful! The dishes you are making are dishes I want to cook but they seem hard to scale up? I would love to see how you'd prepare a meal for six people or maybe you have to cook each dish individually? By the way, my favorite video of yours is the Lobster Bisque; absolutely amazing! I'm going to make it this upcoming week
Great stuff as always! Where do you get your kitchen supplies though? I always find those crusty trays and pans etc. to have a superb aesthetic in your vids. Thanks alot!
