@@mosharrafhossain4093 egg, spring onion, carrot, onion, basil leaf, mushroom, jicama or u can ad any crunchy texture vegetables inside. Thai cuisine usually add fish/sesame oil in their dish mostly.

;-) A medley of herbs and ingredients even by Thai standard. Street food hawkers are very creative as they compete to win over customers. Many years ago I noticed a hawker at the foot of a BTS station selling omelette with chopped guinea pepper with rice. I admired her for making such easy and tasty food to go. I tried it and was a regular customer for a while because it was hot and tasty. I also did it at home lol.

The main ingredients for a Thai-style omelette are fish sauce and oyster sauce, just a little not much. Don't mash, fry on one side until nicely browned, then flip over and fry until done.

I knew we weren't in Korea anymore when she didn't pull out the blowtorch and the 5 sauces :) Well... that and the change in language on the signs and in the background audio, but you get the picture. The food looks incredibly tasty. I hope you enjoyed it.

You are comparing with shitty indian street food hygiene where people use hands (same hand was used to scratch the bum or pick nose). Also where food is not covered. Flies everywhere. Do u want me to go on....... Here at least people keep hygiene...... Poor people but still polite and clean..... Indians..... Completely opposite......

It might work with less oil if you use a nonstick pan, but it still won't puff up like a Thai-style omelet.

ปกติควรตีไข่ให้ฟูก่อนเอาผักลง แล้วไฟก็ต้องแรง เพราะเครื่องเยอะไข่จะแตก แต่ถ้าตีไข่ให้ฟูกับใช้ไฟแรง พอเทไข่ลงกระทะ ไข่จะฟูเป็นแผ่น สุกกรอบน่ากิน

Is Thai worth going for travel? I am considering some South east asian countries to trip with my friends this winter, and Thai is the best candidate because it's comparatively clean and safe.
