Sheem bhorta or mashed flat beans is a very popular and common recipe in Bangladesh.
Here I have shown a demonstration of making bhorta with flat beans that is available where I live. Viewers you can use any beans, flat beans, deshi sheem or any other vegetables like beans and make a bhorta following this simple recipe. Viewers you can even make Shutki Bhorta (Dried fish) following this recipe.
Ingredients: Quantity according to taste
1. Flat beans - 500gm
2. Chopped onion
3. Chopped coriander leaves
4. Green Chilis
5. Roasted dried red chilis
6. Salt
7. Water to sprinkle
