@@elpasoray Yes, you'll definitely feel a difference. Even GM's sport mode leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice video, I have the same truck and banks pedal monster, you should think about getting the ram air intake from banks as well, the combination of the two together makes a huge power difference

This might be something dumb to bring up, but what if I let someone borrow my truck who doesn’t have access to the app for this and is unable to operate it? Can they just use the truck as is and be in regular stock mode?

Not a dumb question. It stays in the last setting you leave it in.. so you can put in stock mode and then let them borrow your truck.

why did your truck rev to almost 6k rpm and not shift (around the 3:47 time) also your dash was flickering on/off, was that due to your camera recording? Looking for better throttle response on my 2015 Duramax. It is tuned/deleted so I already have something plugged into my OBD. Will it still work??

Yes it worked well with my SCT BDX. It piggy backs on top of the tune.

Nice video man. I want to buy one for my ‘13 F150 5.0. Despite there being no power gains, did you notice a quicker 0-60 from the time you punch it? Also do you notice a difference when you kick it down to pass someone?

Yes! I was planning on doing a 0-60 video soon! It is definitely way more responsive, it really makes driving fun! I love how you can change it whenever you are not moving to dial in right where you want it. Thank you for watching man means a lot! Don’t forget to like and subscribe!

Couldn’t these throttle boosters be unnecessary by just pressing the throttle down further and faster?

No, it does make a huge difference on the Silverado less lag and less pressure on the throttle makes a huge difference. Driving with one is the only way you will understand

Silverados have a delay when you mash the pedal till the TB goes wide open

The factory has diddled the response curve via the computer…. It’s de tuned the response to increase the epa numbers. You can stomp on the stock setup, but the factory built that delay. Pedal monster let’s you get that direct response back. That makes sense?

I have the bully dog bdx with their high octane tune that's comes with the tuner. As for the pedal monster just go to banks power website and build your vehicle...

Does the peddle monster have the same features as the pulsar Lt or is it solely a throttle adjuster?

@@Bobsgaragetech It's all good...I just got the pulsar lt yesterday! The banks is a nice unit but the pulsar has more options than anything out right now! Hoping someone will make a tuner for the 22 and up GM gas trucks!

I’ve been looking for a good throttle response I got a 2011 Chevy lifted on 34s and man love how it drives but the best way I can explain it is like around half or more throttle it hits the power band or Honda terms Vtech to get it actually going they deff got a lag to em and mine has a v4 delete

I would love to try this product on my Silverado, but I have a afm range disabler on my truck .Does the v4 mode stay off with this pedal moster?

No it only controls throttle response.

I believe that you can use the Range AFM disabler with the Pedalmonster. The Pedalmonster has a female OBD2 port that you can plug the AFM disabler into. I have the Range as well, and I ordered the Pedalmonster today. I guess I'll see if they work together.

It did not affect my gas mileage, it just makes the pedal more responsive.

You can watch a video where Banks compares their pedal monster to the pedal commander. It is on the Banks Power channel on RU-vid. Once you watch it you will not buy the pedal commander. So many differences and safety features. Banks is definitely the one to buy.

juat bought one for my 2.7 I was curious....we'll see. Already blew the engine in my 23 silverado once at 10,600 miles.....worst thing I can do is blow it again lmao!!!

No this is only to change pedal control. A good flash tuner or a range disabler on amazon is the way to go!

I’ve got a Pedal Monster ordered for my 2020 Tundra and it’s supposed to arrive early next week. After watching your video, I’m concerned that my MPG will drop drastically if I leave it in full powered Sport mode like you have yours set up. Seeing your tachometer rev to redline so much will definitely reduce gas mileage… but I’m sure that’s not why you bought it. Thanks for sharing your video.

I wouldn't worry to much. All it does is make your accelerator pedal more responsive. You are still in full control of throttle.

You say you have a tuner and now a pedal monster. Why does your truck seem like a dog? I have an exhaust, cold air intake with TIS wheels and 33s Nitto ridge grappler and my sierra has more balls. Not trying to be rude but your truck seems to take off really slow.

The only thing I can say was this truck was pretty quick. Maybe the video? Maybe I wasn’t full throttle? Idk how you can assume the truck was a dog based off a video without any comparisons on a track or dyno..

I’ve got a 2017 GMC 2500HD with 6.0L gas. This is exactly what I wanted to see. My pedal is super heavy too and sluggish. This looks like it would make a huge difference. Also thinking I’ll go with a Black Bear performance tune as well. Need to wake this truck up.
