This is the first video on these things I’ve watched that actually made them make sense for me, with your cable vs electric throttle linkage comparison, thank you
That’s what I have as well you thought it was worth it? What about as your driving and say slow down in traffic and then step back on it does it take the hesitation out of it?
Do you know if this will work on the H.O Diesel with the Aisin Transmission very much would appreciate any help I’m buying a 22 crew cab Dually h.o aisin 4:10’s but I know they have Very Lazy accelerator calibration
im not sure but i think they do and they can use the function of disabling when reversing vs me its still activated which i hate when trying to load a trailer.
Nice video on it waiting on mines to show up for my Toyota 4Runner you said that your vehicle was not on the set up for Reverse so you might not have the safety on it you should off did a demo on the reverse to see if still was in stock or the Mode you choices
@@dbcooper6020 the throttle is very sensitive so you have to be careful backing up or could hit something. so turn it off with the app or just be careful.
@@neckofthewoods24 I know the 6.4 can easily peel off, I was asking about the cummins after installing the module. I have '21 Ram 2500 Mega Cab and I can't peel off from a dead start just by mashing the diesel pedal. I can somewhat break loose if I turn off traction control and brake boost before launching. But I want to know if you can peel off from a dead start without brake boosting on a cummins with this module.
I think so but hard to tell. Max I’ve seen was like 14.5mpg but this last month I haven’t been hauling anything and I’m at 16.2mpg. It’s either that or the motors broken in at 5,000 miles.
None of the throttle boosters claim to "add horsepower". I enjoy real world reviews, but be honest about it. Banks certainly never claims to add horsepower. These are about eliminating dead zones and changing the area under the curve.
i literally said its "snake oil" and all claim they add HP but they dont. guess you didnt make it to the 2:28 mark. this was a real world review and i said exactly what it does and how it felt.
@NeckofTheWoods you just proved my point. None of them claim to add horsepower. You said they do. Where does the Banks Pedal Monster or Pedal Commander (or any of the other ones) claim to add horsepower? You are misrepresenting what they say (a kind way of saying you're lying). Show where any of them claim to add horsepower. Otherwise I would add a disclaimer to your video.
