Banshee Season 4: Origins - Cronus (Job) (Cinemax) 

How in the fuck does Hoon Lee not get nominated and win a bunch of awards for this show I'll never know.

Even more incredible is the symbolism they've worked in - a banshee is said to scream just before someone dies, and Sugar asks the question just before Job sees the news of his father's death. Such a powerful, succinct way to explain how Job got so brilliant at cybercrimes too - afterall, he's the son of the head of Red Star security. That's what I adore about this show, it's attention to detail and tight storytelling even when fleshing out every character and complexity they have. No cutting corners, just brilliant writing and production

What make this scene so great is that Job was being so cryptic and underestimating sugar's knowledge and wit but at the same time Sugar was decrypting everything Job was saying while being Nonchalant about not knowing the answers to the crossword puzzles I think Sugar knew the answers he was just picking Job's brain while at the same time Job was picking his and they both were surprised at how knowledgeable each other was, what an epic subtle scene

"That's cute and all, but I ain't broke, in love or pretending to be local law enforcement. So we're good." Damn am I going to miss Job's sass.

Job and Sugar literally made the show. Edit to add: Banshee might be the best television program ever written.
