Definitely. But the fact that Hood let him live originally instead of killing him was a good way to start. Then he protected Job for a while physically. But job was incredible
I fucking LOVE Job!!!!!!! He seriously made this series so much better and so damn entertaining!!!! Bad ass, sassy, foul mouthed and so damn likeable. He stole every scene he was in. So much attitude. Hoon Lee is an awesome actor. He was meant to play Job...
Job was outstanding. What an original character in an original series. He needed his own show. Been a while since Banshee went off the air. Lost track of these actors. Have to see what else they have done since. Wish them all continued success.
Job is the bomb and I'm sorry I didn't find Banshee sooner. Hoon Lee played every aspect of Job's personality beautifully but never resorted to making Job a campy stereotypical screaming drag queen. Stay safe and be well everyone. 😁👍
This guy is a goddamn beast. Watching how great he is in Warrior and was like "Why haven't I seen him before." Then I find out I did see him years ago in Banshee and he was fantastic there too. Get this man his own show/movie lol!
Hoon Lee gave Job a mean pair of balls! This show was simply ridiculously underrated and I wish there were re-runs! The characters throughout are just on another level and Job’s venomous humour is to die for!
I'm rewatching this great series. Job is still my favorite character in a show chock full of great characters. Hoon Lee played the role to perfection. The man's a heck of an actor.
Never knew Hoon Lee's work before. A month ago randomly started watching Banshee, and could not stop until I have binge watched all 4 seasons of it, twice, rewinding every Job scene. It's like a drug of some sort. I have now enjoyed both seasons of Warrior; and oh my God! Hoon Lee is awesome in DMZ. Who hasn't seen DMZ I advice you to watch. He has much more screen time in DMZ and he was able to show much more of his acting range
Hoon Lee is brilliant as Job. Never -smiling cynic, mad genius, a transvestite who makes the Prescilla trio look positively tame when re-educating impolite homophobes. Jobs interactions with Sugar and Sheriff Hood are a delightful highlight in this modern day Western with it's injuns, Latinos, good christian folk and frontier justice.
@@MrSporkdude I am with you bro. It was a tongue in cheek jibe at those who still live in the matinee cowboy world. Native Americans have a lot to get angry about. No doubting that.
Job is by far my favorite character of the series, the scenes with him and Sugar being the best parts for me. Here's my favorite quote from this season, "It's some motherf*#king wild west stuff up in here!" With Sugar, "Can't we set you up with a computer and a quicken or some s#*t?! Looking at you is like watching the history channel!" "Yeah, there's a million hackers in China just dying to get their hands on your financials."
If he a drag queen in real life hes has a fantastic oppertunity to be the ultimate drag queen comic comideine ever. Timing response reaction expressions amd presense. Magnificent. Please dont change man you got it nailed down.
Job is a very good fighter, but not in Burton's league. Actually, only Chayton could beat Burton provided it's hand-to-hand combat, without any weapons. Maybe the Albino as well. Again, no weapons! Hood beat him solely cos of plot armour and due to the fact that Burton was very injured.
"Not you Snooki" My son asked "what's a Snooki?" lmfao. That's awesome. Although to be honest the shit show surrounded by them isn't as bad as half of the "influencers" today.
