Baotian Sprint 50cc Cleaning GY6 Starter Motor and check on brushes 

Remove Starter Motor on Baotian Sprint Moped Scooter (2009).
Symptoms were erratic function. Worked sometimes, but sometime nothing happens when you press the starter button. Yes, brakes and standing support were up.
This is DC motor with carbon brush. I measure them in the video and clean the housing and clean the commutator.
This is 4-stroke GY6 engine, long case 139QMA, chinese made.
