I get why people talk trash. Dave is so good at shooting from the hip, Makes him a great host. 1/4 black Isn’t as good at host, but he is great in the skits. .25 is the best actor of the group
25:34 Gerald is absolutely correct here, but there's a glaring problem in the strategy that everyone acknowledged immediately beforehand. The system that we currently have in place is so corrupt and so manipulative through the complexity of it's own bureaucracy that it is being controlled by a relatively small group that can coordinate its strategies and put down any internal rebellion without the need to raise a new army. They HAVE an army of bureaucrats, lackies, todies, idealogues, and radicals that are wholly dependent on the State. THAT is why Occupy Wallstreet was ripped apart from within. It started as a non-partisan group demanding a dissolution of the centralized, corrupt authoritarian shadow-government. Then, once those same powers saw that they were under threat, they focused all of their efforts into dissolving the group from within via race, intersecationality, identity politics, and every divisive scheme imaginable. ...and it worked. You'd need more than 5 million people spread across all 50 states to actually affect this kind of change through coordination. Maybe once WW3 fully kicks off, people will be more incentivized to participate. But they simply aren't desperate/motivated enough to take that kind of risk, especially when they stand to potentially lose their comfort or property.
Great job hosting tonight Angela. I remember when Gerard was on PBD Podcast giving it to Adam Sosnick. Sorry about what you had to go through on TimCast the other day Dave.
Hospital 'care' definitely does not line up with the bill. I broke my knee in NYC years ago- go to the hospital and had the quintessential pissed-off fat black nurse yelling at me for 2 hours- 'Walk on it, it's just a sprain, you'll see when the x-rays come back, you're just being another p***y a** white boy, walk on it!!!' I was like 'Dude, I can FEEL my bones grinding together, no thank ya'. Left with an ace bandage and crutches, which according to the nurse I didn't need. Next day I woke up to about 10 messages from the hospital, 'Ummmm your nurse said you were trying to walk on that leg, please do not do that, it's broken in two places, please call us back'. Anyway bill comes- just under $15k, may as well been $25M. I took all the money I had, which was $100, and sent it to them as a money order. I received a 'paid in full' letter from the hospital weeks later, and I agree I received $100 worth of care.
I’m not to proud to admit that I’m so broke that I can’t afford to pay attention or I would get blaze because of normal world. I’m more of a DW guy but the last time I got blaze was for a mug that I now use for an ashtray
Just fyi you ever have medical debt sent to a collector. Ask them what the charges were for. If they tell you the medical charges. You can tell them to drop the collection or else you will sue because they have no rights to your personal data and that's a HIPAA violation.
@@jaymethodus3421 I've literally looked up the law. If they have access to the medical reason for the charge that's a HIPAA violation and pretty serious too.
@@jaymethodus3421 like I said tho. They have to disclose medical PHI without having a patient authorization on file. Per the law, they have to reasonably limit the amount of information disclosed to the minimum necessary, so for creditors it would be the bill itself. I'm sure most collectors only have that but if they have your medical information and start releasing it then they have a problem.
Best pizza I ever had was in a little Italian restaurant outside of Heidelberg. Sadly, no cocaine. Though come to think of it, I was awake for the next 30 hours.
I recently got sent into collections for a $15 medical bill. They agreed with me that I would pay it on a following Friday, Payday, because I live paycheck the paycheck. In between that time they sent me to collections for it.
