@@RetroDream I did not know this version of Barbarian on the ST, which is a pixelart super nova. Really impressive. You have a good taste in games. Thats the cool thing that we all learn from each other.

It’s a lovely looking game but the control method is bonkers. Then there’s Obliterator which was like playing under water.

I found out why. There is that other fighting game that is also called Barbarian 1 and 2.

No offense, I genuinely thought your voice was a text-to-speech algorithm at first. Something about the stock sounding mic and your delivery almost sold it for me.

With the joystick certainly, but not so hard to get used to with the mouse, I think.

@@RetroDream I had the mouse. So the joystick was worse???? With the mouse it was like: - click, - Barbarian: huaaahh - pause of 1 second - Barbarian jumps forward into the monster - Barbarian dead - me: huaaaaaaaahhhhh 🤬

When I first saw that game back then I thought "Wow, just look at that gorgeous graphics!". Then I tried to play it... 🤮 Would have been nice if you had used sound and music from the ST and not Amiga. 😉

Except the music, all sounds are coming from the ST you see on screen.
