🤣🤣🤣 give it time it will come bobbing past,i thought about going down there on on tuesday...i blanked on the swale last week 13hours i sat there, seen a big bin go past 🤣
Wharfe has fished well last few times I've been nothing big but I've been getting 3 or 4 barbel at a time best only 7lb but still it's really enjoyable fishing mate.
A very tidy fish. Well done. They weed can be a pain down there , but no weed no insects no fish. I put two and there wights on before when I've arrived with out the big ones. They seem to hold bottom better than a single weight.
I mainly use dead baits as seen in previous videos makerel,sardean,smelt,blueys...occasionally i use lures something i want to use a but more i just never get roung to it....
@@parklandpiker try spinnerbaits and bucktail spinners like mepps brand or similar. The violent strikes you get on artificial baits are way more fun in my opinion, so fun!
What are some of the largest pike that you guys can catch over across the pond you can give me cm measurements, I can convert numbers? Man I wish you guys could fish for musky over there!
We over here weigh all our fish, well i do anyway the biggest i have had 24lb 14oz an average for pike over in my parts of the uk are 10to 15lb they are a popular size...i would love to fish over the pond!! I hope that answers you question....there are weight and length charts on line...
@@parklandpiker those are actually incredibly good sized pike! . We weigh by weight here too (for master angler awards) but I was just curious about lengths. Here were kinda do both too. A big pike here is 40 + inches so about 101 cm. 39 pounds is the record here so like 17kg. Man I wish you could hook into a musky one day these things are insane. We've even used pike for bait to catch them! I prefer artificial lures myself, but musky fishing on lake st Clair for 12 hours is quite exhausting. Sometimes you'll see none. Sometimes you'll have a 3-5 fish day. It's an addiction with that species fishing for them. I'm just glad you guys can still fish for esox across the pond. I found out through your channel! (yes I know I could have Google it, but I'd rather watch some have fun fishing)
Thanks for watching means a lot buddy....i have watched a few videos on musky they look fun to catch.....i would love to fish for large mouth bass too....
