You make me so happy... I'm an adult doll collector, and I also buy the Barbie(-Ken) Doll Playsets. Sometimes I get so frustrated and disappointed with the playsets and was wanting to know what to do to make the playsets look better and more mature... I like beige, black and a whole bunch of colors. Your Barbie Diorama is fascinating. Your one of the best 😉 Thank you for your channel. I'm planning on many dioramas :) but I am going back to the barbie dreamhouse soon to finish the makeovers, so far the bathroom is done, next is the kitchen. I was actually going to use beads to connect the parts but when i started working on it, i thought of the hose, plus this way i didn't have to throw anything away, i used everything :)

Use some museum wax to hold them down while you spray paint

I was going to suggest something similar. I use poster putty.

Definitely thinking outside the box to make these work for 1:6 scale! Thanks for this idea, as I received gardening tools that are 1:12 scale but now I’ll modify them to make them 1:6 scale because of your video. Thanks again!

You might try putting cornstarch on the watering can, to de-stick it. Or you could try the cornstarch in the paint.

I like the colours you chose for your appartment: it looks very realistic :) I was thinking about buying that set for some time but I already have some cleaning-miniatures so I am still in doubt. The rubber parts you can paint with acrylic paint thinned down in a nailpolish airbrush-tool. I stick small parts I want to spray-paint fixed with double side tape on a piece of cardboard. this week I bought some mini paint cans with Revell enamel paint for painting plastic modelplanes etc and now use that for small plastic Barbie things; it is not on a water base so it keeps well and when they are empty you have the perfect size paint-cans for a Barbie workplace :)

Thank you so much :) i threw out the watering can, it was just too sticky and i didn't think it would ever fully dry. That paint sounds interesting, i don't have an airbrush, i mostly use acrylic. The paint cans sound really cute :)

Hi. I'm new to your channel. I love how you make things out of things that where actually something completely different. I only wonder why you use normal paints for these little projects. You can use gel nail polish for those things much more easily. It comes in all sorts of colors and has a built in varnish. Also, you can instantly dry it under a uv light. It's very durable.

Hi, thank you so much for subscribing :) I'm working on a bunch of new rooms, so there will be more crafting videos. I do have a small collection of nail polish, it used to be bigger but i purged a whole bunch, they're still outside in the shed and probably all dry because of the heat.... you're right I should have used them on the cleaning products but i didn't have the right colours, maybe i'll apply a layer of clear nail polish? I should look out for more nail polish colours at garage sales :)

Thank you sooooo much :) I used acrylic paint, one is wedgewood blue and the other is cape cod blue, both are brand name Delta Ceramcoat, I think I got them at a garage sale :) I usally buy my paint from the dollar store.
