No doubt the Bare Minerals, looks amazing. The other side looks blotchy, drab and not flattering. Cream products work fantastic over Bare Minerals.

I think BM discontinued most of their good products. Loved the original gen-Nude line.

I love that you did this comparison as I am going through a similar makeup evolution. Bare Minerals has been the only foundation I've used for years, partly because it is so easy to apply but mostly because my skin is cool-toned and BM has shades that I can work with. But the problem with my skin looking too textured and the foundation wearing poorly over the day has been disappointing, and I've been experimenting with long-wearing creams. I would be curious to see you do a wear-test of BM, and maybe you would have some tips to improve the longevity! Thanks!

That MUFE powder foundation is GREAT for mature skin. I've used it and it works.

I love the more natural look that you got with just using concealer and the eye brightener. I would then just go over with a transparent powder to help with the shine.

I like both sides. I did like the BM side better before you used the ginger something. You look beautiful.

I use the Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer most days. It is really nice. I have also gone through some different concealers from them. I used to be a powder foundation only girl, but now it is just in rotation.

I saw a tip the other day advising to try a Cover Girl last all day primer with BM instead of their actual primer and it will last longer. Whether this works, I can't say because I haven't tried it! Last I went to Ulta for BM, they were out of my shade. I've been using Clinique pressed matte powder foundation which is light/medium coverage and I actually really like it. I'm 41 and an oily girly too but at the same time my skin's in the best condition it's ever been. I think it's probably because I take better, more consistent care of it now than when I was younger ❤

Bare Minerals side definitely looks more even-toned. The issue I have with Bare Mineral powder is it exacerbates the large-pore areas in the T-zone. Not sure if that is avoidable. But, looks good on u!

BM has a cream based foundation too.

I loved BM for years. When I relocated from north US to the gulf coast area it just didn't hold up to all day wear. I am back to living up north and might give it another try. Both makeup styles look great on you 😍

you lok great on both sides, but I like the bareminerals. I couldn't see what you were referring to under your eye, but the overall effect was very flattering. It balanced the colour of your brow area with the rest of your face.

They both look great. Next time use your cream products first, ie concealer, blush, bronzer. Then buff a little of the bare minerals over that. That’s how I’ve been using it. Sort of like a finishing powder to blend everything.

I have always loved bare minerals but haven’t used it regularly for a while. It looks good but you put it on heavier than I ever did.

I’ve used the Bare Minerals for over 20 years,but I do use cream concealer around my eyes.

Both sides look very nice. I'm 57 yrs old and still love BM. I use well-rested everyday. Too scared to try the warmth as I am very cool-toned. It looks nice on you. I am trying to find some cream products to give me a more glowy, natural look, but I keep coming back to BM. I love BM for traveling, so easy to apply.

I did like the Bare Mineral side on you. However on lazy days the other side you did was great also.

I'm 66 years old. Started using bareMinerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer along with the loose Original Mineral Veil. Also using Gen Nude Blonzer in Kiss of Rose or Kiss of Pink. I've had several nice compliments on my makeup. I started using last year. I did not wear makeup for 3 years during the pandemic. Since my tweny I only used Clinique makeup and skin products due to my sensitive and acne prone skin. At some point Clinique wasn't working and wondered if they changed their formulas. Switched to Merle Norman unscented cosmetics years ago having luck. Last year started using bareMinerals and I've been satisfied with the products I use.

Just found your channel and subbed. Both sides look really nice, but if I had to choose, (unlike most of my fellow commenters) I'd pick the side with just the concealer. But then, I'm a _less-is-more_ kind of girl 😊

My grail blush is the bareMinerals, bounce and blur in pink sky. Unfortunately it’s discontinued. The formula is absolutely amazing. I wear it every single day and I have two back ups.

I only use BareMinerals powders and Laura Gellar baked powders. I'm 31 but have very sensitive skin and creams and liquids break me out in hives and cystic acne. I've never had any issues with BareMinerals!

Bare Minerals side is much prettier but if you like the no makeup look just keep doing it. Your skin is great!

I liked the Bare Minerals best! It looks to me that the BM gives you better protection for your skin, as well as better coverage and more natural.

I definitely like the BM side better, however I think you should lighten up the amount of products. Way to much bronzer and blush for your face. It looks to fake, not natural. Lips were right on ,eyes could be a bit darker. You are a very beautiful woman therefore don't need product on every cm of your skin. If the under eye bothers you take a puff and pat not rub and again lighten up on the products. Don't care for the other side at all, look is to oily. I'm not a pro but modeled in my younger years, which now 68 and can see you have a gorgeous blank canvas to work on! Just MY opinion.

Bare minerals buffed in circular motion with mineral veil on top is perfection and as your natural oils work in, it just looks better imo

I live in a very hot country and have stopped wearing powder altogether. I am so hot anyway so I just use cream products and find it easy to blend.

Be glad you have some oil in your skin!!! Dry mature skin is more difficult, I think.

I used BM religiously for years until they closed their store near me. I was surprised when I saw them at Ulta recently. I'm going to try them again.

BM gave you coverage but too dry looking.. cream side doesn’t have the coverage, it’s glowy tho, all depends on what you prefer

I used to use Bare Minerals,also. But now that I'm 68, I prefer cremes. Rare Beauty's Blush & Highlighter. I love watching Bethany's TikTok's. I just started using Nikol Johnson products. I just got her BBcreme and I use it instead of f I I foundation. I love her shadow trios..have hooded eyes (I worse than the other) but, much trickier than when I was younger. Gravity really sucks!! I used the Bare Minerals Foundation. But, no more.

Definitely Bare minerals. I think u went too heavy with the Bare minerals. As we age the Dewey look is NOT our friend. The refections excentuate all our imperfections, in my opinion
