Dear Ruth, I love your book so much. You must know that the heart of your generosity is being passed alone. My neighbors and I are getting together at my house to share sourdough recipes tomorrow and I’m making your barely-baked chocolate chip cookies to welcome them. What the hell is a ‘stick’ of butter . I prefer a recipe with proper measurements

You dont need to be rude. Everyone knows a stick of butter is 8 tablespoons. Why use bad language about a chocolate chip cookie recipe like its a life or death situation! 😵‍💫? I hope you make these and eat one, maybe it will make you sweeter 😆
