Milliat agar vegitable mix kr ke khaye to sugar aur km bhi aayegi vegitable zyada aur milllat 25 gm ..tab 177 ki zahah 150 hi hogi .. vegitable milllat. Acha experiment Kiya aapne

कार्बोहाइड्रेट तो ज्यादा ही है 114 से 177 शुगर बढ़ी है।इसमें पत्ता गोभी, टमाटर, हरी मिर्च, फूल गोभी, धनिया डालकर,शुगर की मात्रा कम की जा सकती है। स्वाद भी बढ़ेगा।

डा. खादर वल्ली जी के अनुसार सीरी धान्या मिलेट( foxtail, little , kodo, barnyard, BROWNTOP) को ६-८ घंटे पानी में भिगोने के बाद ही उपयोग में लाना चाहिए नहीं तो ये ठीक से हजम नहीं हो पाती ।

Sir Aap ने सही कहा, oil होने की वजह से food धीरे धीरे अपना glucose छोड़ता है, जिससे शुगर तुरंत नही बड़ती है.

Please use whole grain millet with outer fibre later, soak for 8 hours and then cook and consume. Then check blood glucose,you will be surprised. It's a request...🙏

Don't eat only millet....add lots of non starchy vegetable to millet.....so you eat less millet and sugar level is less

Millets are good for health. They are high in fibre and protein and other essential nutrients. Long term usage will help with better metabolic health, nervous system and overall health. Use only unpolished Positive Millets if you have any lifestyle issue (like diabetes, BP etc).

गेहूँ या चावल खाने से धीरे धीरे आपका metabolism weak होता है बहुत सालों में, आप एक दिन बाजरा, चना आटा या millets खाकर sugar कम नहीं कर सकते, थोड़ा टीम दीजिये, यही barnyard after six months 125 ke bhi neeche le ayega
