What an great & interesting interview. He’s a phenomenal performer, a musical genius, and he’s very dedicated to his fans. I grew up in the 70’s era, and I can honestly admit he’s one of my favorite artists of all time
Barry Manilow songs are so good and he sings so well but people go on listening to the most overrated artists or rock band. It's time to recognize the excellent artist this man is.

This lady trolls RU-vid and says this crap about Barry being saved because of her. Saved from what? She makes me sick. I've reported her, but it does no good. If he's such a bother to her, she should stop following him.
One camera interview is a pain as they basically have to do the interview twice with the camera facing the opposite direction. Barry was very patient because with his popularily and tight schedule, he did not have to agree to such a time-wasting process. Marketing a product is such a drag.
He has written plenty of songs. We just don't know about them. Listen to his album "here at the mayflower" he wrote all of those songs. And it's a beautiful idea and a beautiful album. The guy is very talented

@joanstarke6798 that's not Barry's song. It's Ian hunter's song, Barry did a cover version of it. He had a great relationship with his step-father I believe who bought him his first musical instrument.
