Now in recent years I have lost about 65 pounds down to 240 currently and I have some new t-shirts and I like the 3X because my upper body really did not take any substantial hit on the weight loss and to me a 3X feels right and comfortable. I have seen guys on ytube who are my weight now and they look like they are ready to give birth. My 240 pounds is I can stand or sit and now see my belt buckle. I want to lose 50 more pounds. My neck has not changed from requiring a 22" collar dress shirt. My chin area is less though.
