Great video. An alternate to weighted squat jumps that can help reduce impact on ankles and knees is to do weighted squat jump on top of a box. By landing on top of a box, the ankles and knees do not absorb as much impact.

Hey whenever I’m pitching I always tend to lean back when I’m releasing the ball instead of driving my upper body forward, but I can’t seem to figure out how to adjust myself is there any way that you know that I could use to fix the issue? @ultimatebaseballtraining
