Please let us know how this goes. I still think there's a ton of value in just throwing FH's with the techdisc a lot also. I work on controlling hyzer, nose, and elevation angles, and then at the end, I throw a few max efforts and try to get a speed PR. I started with a joke FH, but I hit a record speed of 65.5mph a few days ago. I'm 42, 5'8", never played sports in school. I totally agree with achieving general fitness first, but from looking at you, I think you've already got that.

@@sabrewolf479 thats absolutely awesome!! Yes I absolutely agree. I think that will work really really well. I just have really bad shoulder mobility from a bad golf injury and it hurts when I throw more than about 20 forehands in a day. So in order to throw better forehands and get my pitch count up I figured the first thing I need to do is do my best to sort the shoulder out and hopefully improve technique as I go. Hopefully after a couple weeks I can move on to throwing more forehands and see how that goes!
