In late 2021, long-time collaborator and artist Maja Maljević was back in the David Krut Workshop beginning new works that were showcased in her 2022 exhibition 'Based on a true story.' Maljevic produced large scale monoprints which are unique artworks, just like monotypes, but they include printable elements that can be replicated, such as etchings, linocut and silkscreen. A series of unique works can be created with commonalities and repeated elements running through.
