I am using this adaptor for my Xiaomi Mi-9T where they provided 18W fast charger. Still I have not faced any trouble in my device. Your device just took the maximum amount of voltages that what his capacity is. So, no matter how much your adaptor can provides. Still it's better to use the original and matched adaptor for your device. If not possible then you can go with others.
@@ziaulhaquerifat9166 Mi note 8 and Mi-9T both the devices are supported 18 Watt fast charging. I think you can use this adaptor without any fear because I am the real user of Baseus adaptor. Don't know what will happen with you, but here it's fine for me. I am satisfied by it's service. Hope for the best.
