We did this but it's a bit hard for beginners. So we had to modify it a little bit so we can exhibit it easier but the premise is still included. We got the highest score among our class lol

huaxzhang It's not the same as twirling. Both movements are strikes. But the flexibility required is similar. It could take some time for it to get smooth. You can also try separating the two strikes by striking down first then adding a circular strike after completing the first one. (DM me on Instagram if you need help with that! 😊)
so that you can easily manipulate any part of your routine and you won't have to think when you do your anyo. You can mix the routine and some freeform as well. I do it in tournaments
