Fantastic! Did you know how long it has taken me to find someone, just anyone, who can show me the proper exercises for legs and feet in Latin dances? Much thanks for this video, I can certainly use these exercises. I hope others realize that these foot exercises easily translate to Standard Ballroom for rise and fall (via the feet of course). One thing though, I don't do well in spiked heels ... sorry.

That's a must do everyday drill for Latin dance learners. I found that if I my leg and feet muscles are weak, I can't make my ankle steady while walking or turning, then I will lose balance. Thank you.

Dance Insanity that’s right. I never updated you on my skirt searches. I didn’t find anything like that at forever 21:( I was bummed out. But I ordered 2 skirts from amazon. They are pretty decent:) but i still end up wearing leggings to my dance classes

@@DanceInsanity For about 5+ years now. It feels like the rumba walks should be easy, but I still get wobbly in the legs. I'll work on keeping my core strong. Maybe what I need is to eat less and workout my abs more. haha.

I am glad that yoga and dancing completing each other. Yes I am doing yoga , too. Samayoga. It would be interesting some rumba hip actions and strech for my ”old” back and beginner in Latin dance 💃 😊I love your teaching , it’ s so cool too watch your videos and dance together. More music in the background and longer dancing parts with Tytus and the Beautiful Liwen. 💃💃💃

Tytus Bergstrom . I would like to see you in rumba basic longer dancing. You have a very good video with top 10 moves , you can use the moves written on screen and dance a few minutes repeating sequences several times. Like you are dancing in a Ballroom place ! Hope I ‘ll dance with you soon on your Dance Insanity Chanel , the best one for me ! 👍👍👍💃👀OBS! Your name Bergström sounds Swedish , isn’t it ? 😊

Thank you for these videos. You're a great teacher! Could you do a video for improving posture? If I missed it pls direct me to it. I do a lot of driving for work and always feel like my torso goes down like an accordion🪗 throughout the day. 🤦🏾‍♀️

thanks for breaking this down! how about a video to b more flexible in the shoulders? so they don't get too hi, noticed that I lift my shoulders too much and also they seem kind of tense

+Dance Fan you're welcome! ahh.. great suggestion! I'll add to the idea list. Maybe it's not just flexibility in the shoulders, but engaging your upper back to consciously pull your shoulders down. Do you notice that you lift them all the time? or just during certain parts of a dance/ certain dances?

when stressed or trying to lead, but great suggestion, engage back. maybe that's a better video? what ever you think is best to solve the problem.
