Perfect... aware of my awareness now. Cant believe i wasnt aware before as it seems so bloomin obvious!! Too busy attaining a feeling to be aware of my awareness to let feeling pass..feels like a light bulb moment. Thank you. Please move to essex !!

Susan Ripton yes negative emotion or fear or fear that came true or is being brought forth by mind only needs to be experienced. But once u love your self enough after certain amount of years of suffering u get better at just being the awareness and then seeing that door opening everytime to escape all those lies of negativity man

This is what we came here for. To know this so well that the rest of life became something to look forward to. Some take longer to achieve this. And pain doesn't leave or life situation. But this knowing of easyness is infinite strength that barely cracks under pressure once practiced everyday.

i try to be Aware of awareness in my Body now mingyur. with my visual sense i can be Aware of awareness. that makes me really happy. it took a year till i was able to be Aware of awareness. i know, that thats still not about awareness

Sir, i finally managed to revisit this just watch method. For the longest time i couldn't stand watching things. But it is this mere awareness right? Once you experience that lightness everything else just seem like a bother right? Like keep sticking your hand into the fire. But now the thing is maintaining recognition of this mere awareness gets harder. At first you stumble upon it. And the contrast is striking. But when the contrast gets less visible how do you maintain the recognition? It's a bit like a tree that learns to stand in the strong wind, but that doesn't know it is standing when there is no wind. Or like how you always feel yourself when your'e really cold but not otherwise. Or like this smell that at first you recognize it so clearly but then when you've had it around some time stop noticing. I guess staying with it is a bit like cycling. Back when i cycled as mental relaxation i had this saying: "there are two ways to ride your bike - in suffering and in ease". In the end when you're really tired there is only one way. And that's in ease. That's the only possible way for you to keep going - to tap out of all that is otherwise going on and enter this state of mind that is completely fresh and at ease. Entering this state was the whole reason for all the hours i spent on my bike and why i loved cycling so much. To be honest i don't even know how much of the time i spent in this state. Maybe it was not much, but i still associate cycling with total freedom ha ha i never knew until now. And now I'm able to tap into this not only on my bike but in normal life too :D ha ha that is so great! This last year has taught me so much. I used to trust my intellect to know what's real, but now i know that was the stupidest and most limiting thing i ever did. Now i only trust this awareness. It really is like nothing else - everything seems possible. i want to get to know it better :D
