Your starting off with the abductors? Lower back first always. It opens up the spinal flow. Even if you just do the primal crouch you can almost kneel down and feel the L3~S2 open up. Hold that for 90 seconds then, lay out flat and proceed the stretch twice more. Now you are ready for abductor stretching. I'm a Sifu( Northern Shaolin Kung Fu) as well along with being a CPT emphasizing in the "KORE" stretching method.
Should i warm up before stretching nate? U always do great videos would be nice to see a bruce weight work out session if u know any ?big hello from the uk I practice jkd too and learnt so much from you cheers for your contribution to the martial arts world
Of course you should warm up first and do your whatever exercise you doing for example Jkd and in the end you do this stretching and never do stretch without warm up because can injure badly warm up at least 15 or 20 minutes dynamic warm up
bandhsilvers1 Yes, like my other stretching video this should be after a short warm up before you do static stretching. It can also be after your workout which is usually when I do them.
