I just did this as a finisher to your Saturday Live today. Loved the cardio drills, strength and abs, especially the plank arm tap outs!!! Fantastic way to start my Saturday!!! Thanks guys!! 😁

Thank you! There will DEFINITELY be more. We plan to film once a week or so through the summer. Danny is a teacher so he has a little more free time right now.

I love this one also I enjoyed the rebounding but also enjoyed the shoulder weights and that about 20 minutes time. Thank you thank you very much. Maybe you can do something the same and do the lower body. Do you ever use the stretch bands

Awesome!! I have a mild shoulder injury right.Now trying to treat with stretching and not heavy weights (light weights okay). This will help loosen my bad shoulder and help me heal plus cardio. Thanks!! 👋🇨🇦💕🏃🏼‍♀️💪💕

Though I am an advanced Rebounder, I really enjoyed this basic workout. When there are no complicated moves I can flow through the workout without getting discombobutaled! 🤣I loved the music, normally I will instantly turn off a workout video if the music is grinding to my senses. Though I appreciate the "weights" portion, would love to see an extended (30min) just rebounding workout with this music. Love the energy, scenery and intention of this video. Thank you Nikki 🙏

Thanks! I know at least four of the songs from this workout are in one of my 60 minute workouts. It's an EMOM workout. Give it a listen and see if it fits what your'e looking for. The music I used for this workout with Danny was stuff I thought he would like. I will continue to do that throughout this series. He gravitates toward alternative. @@EarthOwl Thanks Nikki, I don’t think I’ve done the Emom with the link. Will do it. Another of my favorites is the 30 min stress relief no talk hitt workout. As time allows… will leave a comment on your older workouts that I really enjoy. The beauty is, you have something for everyone. I really appreciate you! I also need to take the time to rejoin membership!

I just did this one too and because I LOVE the rebounding portion to make it longer I did the rebounding twice😁 just an idea and because the music is awesome too❣️

Can you tell me this has a guide which size weights the both of you used? Thank you. I haven’t done many of your workouts and barely new to your channel, but I was looking for something easy with weights.

Hi there! We had a range of 4 to 20lbs. What we use might not be the exact weight you need. I would have a few different weights and test what works best for you. It should be difficult, especially by the end of the 30 seconds.
