I'm surprised no one has noticed (or at least they haven't commented) starting at 28:08, all of the rounds you are checking for concentricity are dented on the shoulder. Doesn't that stress the brass and have a negative effect on the accuracy or at least consistency of that batch? Im suprised, with as meticulous as you weighed and measured the neck size etc that you are Ok with that kind of deformation to the shoulder.

The machine you use has a lot to do with the concentricity. How much slop is in the ram and head alignment. And how much variation is in the case neck thickness. That is a big deal too!!! I have noticed variations in the same case. I use a neck cutter to get the neck wall to the same size. Then size it again. Then compress it down

I do have a question. If you neck size using the collet and then you use the expanding die before seating the bullet, does that cause some problems with the run-out after you crimp? It doesn't look like it does, but I was wondering about that.

Just got a head space gauge that you just drop the case in and a lot of mine are sticking up .005 … is this acceptable? I need to know cause I’m going back and checking alot of bullets
