Only some PDF files can be viewed on USPTO. That micro-entity form and the ADS, for example, keep freezing on "Please Wait", although Adobe Reader is up to date, I've downloaded it again, I've restarted PC, tried Chrome, Edge, Firefox... No good!

@@USPTOvideo - Thank you , yes that’s where I got the form from. At the top right of the Provisional Cover sheet, it says: “Approved for use through 11/30/2020. OMB 0651-0032”, which implies there is a newer one. Or am I misunderstanding this?
