...Italian sausage is great too. Breakfast is just a little more mild and adds a nice sweetness.

@@PMGK Hmm. For sure. Never seen that kind of pasta shape from my part of the states, but it looks like it grabs so much sauce.

I actually use a different Pesto for this recipe, than the one I previously filmed; Half the nuts, twice the Olive oil and Parmesan. I like it better. Piccata, huh... I guess somebody likes Capers.... ;-)

I don't know about "ANY", per say, but the white cheeses like, Asiago, Gouda, Monteray Jack, Parmesan, Romano or Mozzarella would be pretty good. You really don't need it for this recipe though. 😋 🥂
