Bass and Wrasse on Lures using HRF (Hard Rock Fishing) techniques. Got to love this picturesque spot. Always produces fish.
Saltwater lure fishing is a very exciting arm of the sport and i love nothing better than to hook into a lively Bass or Battling Ballan Wrasse on light lure tackle.
In this video i give Tips and Tricks to help you catch fish and refine your lure fishing techniques. When saltwater lure fishing for Wrasse and Bass off the rocks [HRF- Hard Rock Fishing] each lure requires a certain technique. Recently i have started taking Bass, Wrasse and Pollack lures on the open coast as you never know which will be biting and i don't want to miss an opportunity.
Frustrated at my lack of large Wrasse so far this year, I thought it might be an idea to return to an old mark that I knew held few Wrasse but, usually bigger fish. It was a deep open coast rock mark and these can prove to be very frustrating and not as prolific as your typical shallow venue. I had also decided to take my Bass lures with me as very often these marks I fish also hold Bass!!
See how i get on. I enjoyed it. From now on i shall always take a small selection of Bass lures with me.
