BASS PRO is maybe one of my favorite places in the entire world. Join us as we go on our little treat day and get a few things that we've been looking at ever since we landed here in the states.
I BUY NEW BOOTS and more!
We like to be sensible so we didn't buy everything straight away but we've definitely had our eye on most of these!
I have a LOVE of cowboy boots. In fact they're the only thing I wear on my feet so its always nice to get a new pair!
I do thing it's quite sad that the culture that leads to bass pro isn't really world wide and there has never been somewhere like this for me to go in the UK.
I really have fallen in love with the culture of the USA and TEXAS!

Those 3 button shirts are polo shirts. T-shirts don't have buttons.

I know this is late but if you really need a vacuum buy a Shark. I love mine. I am so glad you are loving living here. I was thinking after everything settles down after the wedding you guys might want to make a trip to Memphis Tennessee to see the largest Bass Pro shop in the world. It's inside a huge pyramid. There is a hotel, arcade, bowling alley, restaurants and so much more. I think you would get a kick out of it. You could also see Elvis Presley's home "Graceland" while you are there. P/S love the boots!

I think square toe Cowboy boots are more comfortable. I often wear a pair with composite safety toes to work. They are fairly popular even in Florida.

Check out Logan Roadhouse you have two in Houston in Northwest Arkansas it's the only decent restaurant, but I'm from Oklahoma, so anything outside of Oklahoma and Texas doesn't agree with my taste

Here in Boise Idaho, we were so happy they put in Cabelas(Bass Pro) right next to the TJMAXX. Why? Because us men can drop our wives off at TJMAXX where they spend hours ...and now we have a place to go look at boats, ATVs, guns, ammo, outdoor wear and tons of fishing gear. I think the wife was happy as well. She can take her time in TJMAXX without her husband bored out of his mind hitting her in the ass with a shopping cart trying to rush her on. Baha ha! :)

I think what happened is we’re both at the top of our respective fields, highly educated and hardworking. And 2 great companies offered us positions as specialists (which we are). It’s called the free market. There was no line skipping, there was just 10 years of extremely hard work. Interesting what happens when you set your mind to something…
