This lady is wayyy too sharp and smart to be rattled by this attorney.

You’d think this attorney would realize by now that he can’t rattle or put words in this witness’s mouth - even when he continuously talks over her. His attempt to discredit her is making him look incompetent, pushy, and desperate.

Why is this judge allowing this attorney to just talk all over this lady 🤬
@platedlizard
@platedlizard 10 месяцев назад
because she is able to defend herself, and does it quite well. Plus she is law enforcement so getting grilled like that is part of the job. also the other side isn't objecting, probably because she is defending herself.

She's holding her own very well. Don't worry about her. It is the Defense lawyer's job to find weaknesses in the States case and hammer away at it. The adversarial legal system thrives on Prosecution/Defense conflict to convince the jury of guilt or innocence.

I’m laughing at this so hard I can’t even stand it bc this attorney needs to go back to law school asap. Idk how many times he asked her yes or no questions and she just kept going and he allowed it. For example, One of her answers was a yes or no question and her response was “well it was trash day that morning “ and he went on to the next question. Smh😂 she is making him look like a fool and I’m ok with that. Hopefully he’s an attorney for all the guilty jerks in the world tbh.

This slimey little defense lawyer working so hard for his 15 of fame, utilizing every tactic he picked up in lil' junior miss drama club😂😂😂😂. Someone tell him that continuing to refer to his idiot client's dumbass excuses and cover ups may not be the direction he wants to go with this. ... unless he forgot what side he's on. Credit for being a VP for the other team. Glad he asked her to describe in detail, her educated opinion on exactly how and where it happened. 😂😂😂😂
