Did anyone notice? As Batman started going crazy, Joker's wounds slowly disappeared. By the time he "came back to life" in Batman's mind, Joker was completely healed.

+H2ODelirious kirt langstrom( man bat) wasn't trying to become batman, he wanted cure humanity of deafness( the inability to hear) since langstrom ,in the comics, animated series, video games, and any other media you can find, was deaf himself and tested on himself to check if the combination between vampire bat and human DNA was stable and, as you seen in the recording in his lab, it wasn't and transformed into man bat.
