@@stimil1556yea but he has ran his course with the Arkham series. I wish they went through with the Damian Wayne or Batman beyond ideas. Mad unique ideas and would’ve made BANK.
the minute i saw "meta" before it said quest 3 threw me off. it in the a first couple of seconds of the stupid video. I mean i have a quest 3 but that's beside the point....... Do they like watching money go down the drain? This would have to be a REALLY good VR Game then.......
Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Microsoft is so bad at making exclusives that they have to buy companies like Bethesda to compete with Sony 😂
@@Ajay4x I fail to see what that has to do with.... damn near anything besides the brief mention of Microsoft in the list of companies named in this short.
It's not that companies lost their braincells, it that the consumers did, or rather the average consumer is now someone with undeveloped braincells. I'm pretty sure children have become the primary target audience for triple A devs because they saw the success of fortnite and they want to replicate that success, since alienating existing customers is a financially acceptable risk compared to the money you can make from children that don't understand the value of money
@@cakeyeater7392not really, if you look at most media thats been released the last few years. you'll often see them losing millions of dollars on these brain-dead idea. These types of ideas also doesn't come from the developers themselves. It's the CEOs and publishers that control what the game is gonna be, which is the reason they are losing money. Their motivation isn't to deliver a good experience/game. Their motivation is 100% only about the money. Which is why everything they make recently is shit. WBs mindset is "if it worked before, then just slap the same name on some new game and it will make lots of money."
@@gerardoespinoza4335 That came out in 2016 with heavier limitations on what you could do, it's now 8 years later, and it's made by the same people who played Iron Man VR, It's likely gonna be better
@@Azzy-xp4lqI'm pretty sure people are more pissed at it being an exclusive so you have to play it on the Meta Console whereas if it was playable there as well as on actual consoles.
@@EMGaks The Quest 3 *is* an actual console, and that's the way every exclusive is, they're mad that it's exclusive on a console that they don't have so people are getting pissed
@@0GHatMak3rthat game was a flatscreen first then VR after the fact. it's not like people are going to do what people do with half life alyx and try to reverse engineer it into a flatscreen game
@@boxtank5288 exactly! And not only that, but most people cant even use vr for lomger periods or none at all do to dissyness, headache and instant eye damage
It might as well be. This will flop massively. I'm genuinely concerned at whats going on in these companies. Are they actually incompetent or just make more money from these trades and deals with other companies
What ever it would play like wouldent be like the arkham games as they dont work in an fps perspective at best it would be a genreric puzzle vr game just like arkham vr
Don't fuckin defend or align with this exclusivity bullshit. A company could easily make any VR game available to people with normal FPS controls. VR is a dumb gimmick which most people don't want anything to do with. VR support should be a feature, not the only way a game is available to be played. A game like Half-Life: Alyx would have been a worldwide phenomenon but as soon as people heard it was VR exclusive most people lost interest. It just isn't the future of gaming and it needs to stay the niche sub genre of gaming it is.
@@gibbings5534 I just heard this phrase in relation to VR Batman and even the metro often, but I have never seen such a reaction to Playstation and Nintendo. If you really react the same way, then fine, I apologize.
@@Hordekiller793 ps5 costs 500 dollars, quest 3 costs 500 dollars, quest 2 cost 200 but it was discontinued, because soon it will be replaced by a cheap version of quest 3. so it's the same thing. and for games to be on VR they have to come out and now they come out, but for some reason you’re angry
I just want a Red Hood game, man. Red Hood is the perfect vigilante to get a game. He literally strolled into a drug lord meeting with the heads of all their associates in a duffle bag and demanded to get a cut of the profits while also telling them to stay away from kids.
Yeah I love VR n all but only quest 3??? What about PCVR, Quest 2, etc? VR market is small as it is compared to other markets, and not making it available to most/all vr platforms is a bit eh
The fact is that the meta makes the game on its own, its VR studio and for its VR helmet, which sold about 1 million units in 3 months, suggests that batman task is not to sell en masse, but to popularize his console
Honestly I’m excited for main line vr games. Vr is going to be sick in the future it just needs support and a player base which can both be brought by good games
The quest is actually a really cool device. Its not for cinematic games though... Do not ask that damn thing to do 4k resolution details. That shit was meant for trying to keep your eyes in their sockets.
The fact it's VR exclusive is actually better than if it was just flatscreen, the problem is it's not exclusive to just one VR brand, but only ONE OF THAT BRAND'S HEADSETS. WHAT???
