damn, that was great. a plan to make the player bored, the idea that there are a lot of players, AND the mention of spectators, which are those that watch videos on youtube.

Batman walks up to frisk and is like "its been a while since you've controlled me."

Batman found a way to both get to the meta level and confront the true "Threat" while also finding a way to not have to harm the children involved.

the negociation thing'll work until they realize that 1) a player that stops playing a game effectively keeps that game stuck in time, since they're not playing it anymore 2) a boring game gets uninstalled or even deleted, which is the equivalent of the player basically destroying that universe 3) a player versed in programming can hack the game and disable the chair 4) whatever crisis that the player was there to solve is now left completely unattented

Silly Batman, it's really quite simple. We don't try to stop you because you're not a threat. We are in complete control and there is nothing you can do to change that.

Yeah this plan is gonna end with Batman being surprised killed just like Sans when he thought all he had to do was deal with the Player. As for matching or meeting our determination isn't a good idea unless you want to either bid far well to your world or end up like Flowey. Here's what you gotta do if push comes to shove. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE SANS MADE, After The player makes an order, there are 2 others you need to worry about to prevent being caught by surprise, even if Frisk is pacifistic, in a worse case scenario you'll have 3 attacks all coming at you at the same time or nearly around the same time. They player may be the puppet master, but Don't forget Chara & Frisk might have a trick up their sleaves, that's how Sans died. So what do you do? Actually stupidly simple, goat Chara to cut themselves off from the Player. Now all you have to deal with is Chara & Frisk, & Don't worry the player won't die from this happening either. Now remember this isn't just one child, but 2, so now you'll still have to expect 2 attacks in a row or at the same time. But without the Player they won't be able to abuse their save. Now it's just up to if you want to talk to them while dodging them both, or if you want to try to knock out the both of them. If you want to do the more pacifist route, Go to the True Lab in the underground. You'll find more useful information there.

What Batman doesn't realize is that the player is the good guy in this situation and in many others. They're the entire reason why the heroes win in the villains fail. Batman's ultimate contingency plan should just be to come to an understanding of what the players actually want and to who is using the player

One question I don't think I've ever seen Undertale theorists ask is whether or not Chara could reset. Because if they could, then virtually everything we think we know about Chara is null and void since the only information we have would be from their last loop with no way to know what they did in previous loops.
