There was supposed to be a cut side mission involving zsasz, going to the hospital roof shows a crashed helicopter, some money, and dead guards. The theory being that scarecrow paid off the guards transporting zsasz to free him. However, zsasz kills the officers, and crashes the helicopter. Not to mention that there is a scarecrow symbol right next to the crash site, it would indicate that zsasz had broken free, and is now roaming the streets of Gotham. He also has a riddle on founders island showing dead people posted and posed in his usual killing style.

Haha yeah I’m fairly sure I didn’t disable the bomb quick enough when I first played it cause I didn’t realise you could hit the chandelier rope

2:10 little fact but these aren’t the only two villains Batman didn’t capture there was also Clayface as seen in concept art and clay being in the back of the Panessa studio building, Gorilla Grod’s cell can be seen in the beneath the surface dlc mission and Calendar Man can be seen during Knight fall and Anarchy is kinda there he’s name dropped a few times and you can see his tags but nothing concrete

I wish Victor would have returned in knight as a side quest but like many trash things in the worst Arkham game aka knight Rocksteady messed up one of the worst sequels I ever played.
