And that ending.....knowing as much as I do about their relationship throughout comics history and that it takes place NOW like when the omniverse is open and they remember everything is so impactful. It made me cry haha. I mean I agree they should be married and hated the decision at the time, but maybe it was good storytelling after all? I think it should be rectified. But somehow, this fortnite comic redeemed that dumb decision. Great video.

NEVER underestimate the quality of Fortnite writing, it can be SUPER good at times and i hope we get more stories like this. like one story i KNOW they should do is the story of the Rick and Morty clones that the IO made back in Chapter 2 Season 7. we know they happened and are canon but nothing of what they have been doing or if they are even alive

I’mma Fortnite fan and a big STW player. I greatly regret not playing the Marvel Season. They had everyone. Wolverine, Dr. Doom, She-Hulk, Groot, Mystique and more in the BP and I missed it. I feel your pain.

Honestly, and I mean this, without the slightest bit of sarcasm, how the hell does a fortnight crossover have a better storyline than most Batman comics right now? Just how?! The moment where Batman and Catwoman excepted their impending death, and just embraced each other, till the very end was legitimately heartwarming… and then you look at Gotham war and wonder how we got to this point.

Honestly, this comic is what got me into fortnite and its story, and importantly, the bad guys with Lex in the I.O. at the end. Also, you should try playing Batman with no guns, It's hella fun depending on the loot pool!

I don’t know the lore of Fortnite enough to know for sure, but assuming the fortnight original characters are meant to be the players, imagine the pure confusion. These guys are experiencing when they see Batman, who they think is just another player who is using a Batman skin suddenly use sign language, and then actual karate as if this is Arkham. You can practically hear them screaming at their monitor “this guy is hacking!”

Ngl, I read the comics when they came out in 2021, (I’m a huge Fortnite fan), so when I saw them connect the storyline really well, I was thrilled. The in-game Batman skin tho wasn’t good, but the comic was great. I’d definitely recommend!

Its a shame that Marvel and DC did not team up for this. The World of Fortnite would have been perfect for Harley and Deadpool to meet. Have a whole lot of fun.
