Man fell from space and walks away without a single broken bone, ok, the suit protected him from the heat (according to the comic), but what about all the kinetic energy? He is definitely above peak human.

I normally hate this excuse, but i think it's okay for this subject; It's a comic book. Don't think about it too much. A 100% realistic non-superpowered hero would never be able to fight crime and survive, ever. You have to exaggerate their capabilities, otherwise it's not fun.

Batman has more than just a utility belt my guy. He & Ironman have a lot in common including the OCD, self torment, obsessive training & preparedness habits & ass loads of money, tech & time. Circumstantial chemical interaction does not powers make.

That's not what I was focusing on. I do realize Batman is very intelligent and has an array of weapons and equipment. But there's a bunch of instances where he does superhuman things we have only seen in some of the most powerful superheroes in DC. That's why this I believe he has super powers
