There’s honestly two main reasons Batman doesn’t kill. The one he tells himself is that if he crosses that line, he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to stop. The other one is that deep down, he believes in a sacredness to all life that stems from his father being a doctor. It doesn’t matter how monstrous, a life is a life, and Bruce doesn’t believe he has the right to infringe upon nature like that. He is not an executioner, just a man trying his best to stop any more kids from experiencing what he did.
If i remember correctly gotham city is under the influence of barbatos(bat god) and batman has plot armor due to bat god liking him or something like that 😅

Fun fact batman in some cases canoclnically used a preformance enhancing drug called venom. He only uses it in small doses. And venom is what bane uses to get hulking huge.
Batman's NORMAL suit can't even be hacked, HIGHLY DOUBT Tony can hack hellbat, even if it was possible. It resisted Brainiac's attempts at hacking it, which brainiac has much more advanced technology and is much smarter than Batman and Iron man combined. Batman beats Iron Man. The hellbat is much more powerful and advanced from the normal batsuit.
Batman works best at a street level. It showcases all his attributes. His martial arts, his brains, his gadgets. His strict no kill rule. Put him on the street with street level characters and let Batman be the goddamn Batman. But of course he has to hang with Wonder Woman and fucking SUPERMAN so he gets amped above and beyond his station.

But over time, the suit’s ai began to see his organic body as a medical problem, a medical flaw, and thus began to fuse his body into the suit. And while he obviously saw it as a problem at first, the suit actually influenced his mind into agreeing with it, so he became a biotechological zombie that created more suits for everyone to be stuffed inside in order to be “improved” The story ended there. Yeah, it ended with Tony taking Pepper to be put in one of the suits. It was dark.
I do recommend the Iron Man v Lex Luther death battle since you enjoyed this one. It’s a lot older, came out during the Age of Ultron movies time. Has my favorite line from an iron man comic in it

I like the adaptations of Batman like Btas, they don’t make him a godlike being, he actually is rivaled and outsmarted even by Harley Quinn. I don’t like it when he is made to be unbeatable if given prep time, the cartoons actually keep him somewhat grounded.
What I don’t get about this fight is why neither of them called in the avengers or the justice league for back up. Bruce tried calling Clark at the beginning of the fight but his COM’s were hacked, but as soon as he gets down to earth only would have to do is scream for Superman’s help and Clark would hear him with his super hearing.
