With all those gadgets hidden in his suit, no wonder to his enemies, Batman seems like a lot more than just an ordinary Man. Like he sees and hears and KNOWS things that should be impossible to pick up. Like he’s not human.

Yes, but it is expensive, and would require thought and effort. It would probably be like the nolan films. It may not be as effective, such as bullets bouncing off of it, but a bullet resistance suit, and a fully knife proof suit is definitely possible. As for the gliding cape and gadgets, not sure if those can exist, and but it would be really cool it see.
