It's so scary seeing this from the civilian perspective, just having no idea what the fuck is actually going on inside that ship.

I heard Zack’s Justice League will be like this, everytime he makes a new movie it will show the ending of the previous movie but in a different Point of View. Which I find pretty cool because its like a book, next page new chapter.

Seeing the kids in the extended version kinda made me tear up. Because they’re so innocent and can’t fully understand what’s happening, but the adults with them do and they’re still trying to sound cheerful so the kids don’t get scared.

They literally show civilians getting killed and buildings falling in the first minutes of the film and Bruce’s friends and employees falling to their deaths and people had the nerve to say Batman was mad at Superman for no reason 😂🤦🏽‍♂️

Glad to see people are now appreciating Snyder’s vision. I think the audience wasn’t ready for Snyder’s style of story telling until marvel was finished.

I love that scene where Bruce runs into the smoke, when everyone is running away. Because Bruce isn't just a superhero because he's got these special powers... he doesn't need his suit to be brave. There are people who need his help. People who need both Batman, Bruce Wayne, just anyone. And that's why he saves Wally... that's why he saves that little girl in the next ten seconds after the video ends. AND THAT'S WHY HE HATES SUPERMAN. He sees that little girl... and he sees himself. The anger he's felt since he was an eight year old boy... it's back. Superman's battle with Zodd orphaned that little girl. Was it for the greater good? Yes... but tell that to the little girl who's looking for a mother that's not coming back. Batman is that hero that bridges the gap between superhero, and regular hero. Between cop and legend. He fights the war when it needs to be fought, but he doesn't stop when the Doomsdays and the Jokers are locked up. He fights to make sure no eight year old kid loses their parents... because of some punk with a gun.

3:42 I love how Bruce grab the kid and brings her with the other chidlren. It shows how Bruce not just punch criminals and bring them to jail, but also protect the people and also help the person who's injured afterward

This scene, this ONE scene epitomizes everything that is Bruce Wayne/Batman. A man without fear who will sacrifice his life to save people. The shot of him running into the chaos STILL gets me going to this day. This scene, out of all films, is the best individual Batman scene ever put to screen

This movie is a gem, a directorial masterpiece, a future classic. Ben Affleck will be remembered as the one true Batman.

Weird that I'm always hearing fans say the movie is too dark when this came out, and when Justice League was around, they said it's too light and happy, bring back Snyder. So Everytime I heard that, it seems that the can't even make up there mind or basically don't even know what they want.

I don't understand that why the critics critised this movie too much, but in my opinion ‘Batman vs Superman’ is a masterpiece I do not mind whether it is the ultimate edition or thretical cut, people don't understand the intensity and details of this movie. you know how to spot a super hero without a mask in public? when buildings fall and civilians runs away from the danger, while they runs towards it without even flinching.

man i love when the helicopter lands and you see those jets in background heading to metropolis firing everything. I had a huge smile seeing that first time.

THIS IS MY BATMAN. Not some guy who asks aquaman "So, you talk to fish" nor the one who waits for super mans help in a boss battle by shooting in the sky (both scenes referred from justice league). Man, there are a lot of differences when we talk about time comparing the Battle of Metropolis in Man of Steel and BvS. My theory (and that kinda explains why Jack hadn't evacuate the building yet) is that the army starts faster than Man of Steel. See if you can understand: in Man of Steel, the World Engine arrives at the city and it takes a little bit of time to iniciate, but it takes a long time till the U.S. army start attacking the machine. In this period of time, people had alredy run or evacuated the buildings. But here in BvS, if you pay attention, there are a lot of cars still being driven and people in the streets. I think what happened in Bvs is that the U.S army arrives at the exact moment the World Engine initiate, because the people are still chocked and surprised with what they are seeing and didn't run already. That's why Jack and Bruce's employees hadn't evacuate yet, because the World Engine had just arrived.

Bruce Wayne has gone through so much in life. He watched his parents die in front of him. He watched people die and literally saw his building collapse (literally the 9/11 of metropolis) when Superman and Zod were fighting. He saw an entire city get destroyed. Imagine yourself in his position. That's why I have the highest respect for Bruce Wayne. He knows the value of life and value of saving others life. Bruce Wayne/Batman is the all time greatest fictional character ever.

Imagine afleck being old bruce. Pattinson is a good actor but hes way too skinny for a bruce wayne character. Bruce was never skinny. Pattinson would have been a perfect terry Mcginnis tho. They just only need that father son tandem.

Civilians angry at superman for causing all that but there was literally no one else that could have stopped it or done any better. Batman wouldn't have been able to defeat Zod. Loss makes people blind and bitter and this scene shows that you can't save everybody, not even superman.
