Every party is a joke really. We need one party that stays in the center, is full of people with higher education specializing in their portfolio. Government leaders should be requires to have at least an honours masters in economics, education, science & technology, commerce, engineering, urban planning etc. They should also be non religious and pragmatic, and all be tested before qualifying for any position. That's what any successful corporation does (except for the religious part).

One student visa brings 6 people and all of them job seekers. 1- student 2- spouse 3- student parents 4- spouse parents In some cases, grandparents as well. There are no jobs for Canadian, students and company gets the priority.

Senior here…. When I was growing up I remember politicians having integrity and showed professional Courtesy to other parties. There was no mud slinging and the public respected the polititions. The politicians in turn respected the people!They honestly tried to make things better for their citizens. Now the entire system has slid downhill year by year, Candidate by candidate. Today’s politician is more interested in their pay, their pensions, and their own advancement (Yes I’m talking about the Liberal/NDP coalition) Does anyone honestly believe this isn’t another ploy to lie to the public!!!Democracy, Freedom, Justice, Respect for Fellow Canadians regardless of race , religion, or political party is a farce… Lies, corruption, injustice and deliberate poisoning make the game about CONTROL and their own advancement regardless of who is Used, stepped on, financially ruined or murdered to get that $$$$ and power they so crave. They can call for a confidence vote but there are enough elected MPs sitting in the House who have confidence in the government than there are Conservatives who will vote against it.
